when i try to connect to mysql database: sakila (after creating it inside mysql shell)
there is no database, it is inside a directory:
C:\Bitnami\wampstack-7.1.16-0\mysql\data
and there you can see tables/index etc, but no database.
when you connect with dbvisualizer without "database " in connection wizard, dbvisualizer can show the structure/table etc of: sakila, but you cannot use the: SQL Commander, and cannot use sql commands.

Avi,
After you've tried connect in DbVisualizer open Help->Contact Support and post your support request there. It will collect information of your connection setup which helps us understand what is happening.
