Keep sort order of data when exporting query results to files.

Thorsten,
I will add your vote that the complete visual grid should optionally be exported as presented, including sort order, column visibility and with any filters considered.

Just to inform that we have released a beta version of the upcoming DbVisualizer 11.0 which improves the Export and Open as Spreadsheet functions with the capability to act on the visible grid data i.e. any filters, sorting and visible columns are considered.

Just to inform you that DbVisualizer 11.0 has been released with a few fixes related to the suggestion you've posted.
You find the full release notes and download on our web.
In DbVisualizer open Help->Check for Update to run the upgrade or download from our web site.

The results of queries can easily be sorted using the GUI without using "ORDER BY" in the query, but when exporting those sorted results to e.g. a text file the sort order doesn't seem to be honoured anymore. I regularly need to export query results and e.g. send them as simple text per mail and in that case it would be pretty helpful to have the same sort order in the text file like has been used when exporting the results in the GUI.
