Have to agree to EULA everytime I start DBvisualizer

Karl-König,
The EULA acceptance prompt is displayed for every new BETA version session. This is not the case when running a public version such as the latest 11.0.

Yesterday I installed the beta over my existing copy of DBvisualizer 10.0.26, pro version. All settings were transferred OK.
The problem is that every time I launch DBvisualizer I have to agree to the EULA -- I click "Accept" but the next time I launch the program I have to accept it again.
