Allow [ENTER] key to kick off query from "Enter Data for Variables" window

Brian,
You may use the same key binding that is assigned to SQL Commander->Execute which is by default Ctrl+Enter (Command+Enter on macOS) also in the variable window.

Allow [ENTER] key (or some other keyboard shortcut) to kick off query in the "Enter Data for Variables" window. Currently Mouse Click on Continue button seems to be required.
