Oracle TNS connection - missing server or port

OS: Big sur 11.6

Driver: Oracle Thin

I cannot connect to the database using tns_names.ora. TNS settings is successfully loaded from tns_names.ora file, but if I try to ping to the server the following error message is occurred.

tns_names.ora contains these information:

TSST10=                                             (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=suntest07.cpoj.cz)(PORT=1530))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=TSST10)))

 Can you help me please?
