DbVisualizer Doesn't Support User-Mode fonts on Windows

For a couple years now, Windows 10 has now supported user-profile specific font installation, negating administrative permission requirements to install fonts.

This means that fonts now exist both in C:\Windows\Fonts AND in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts. DbVis appears to only be loading fonts from the C:\Windows\Fonts directory when trying to change settings, thus requiring users to have administrative permissions to install fonts and use them in DbVisualizer. User expectation would be that they can use all installed fonts in their applications.

Hi Carl,

There seems to be one open and one resolved bug relating to this. The resolved one appears to be fixed in Java 13, which we are not yet running.

Alas, we seem to be at the mercy of the JRE developers, but I will bring this up for discussion and see what we can do about it.
