@run statements still eat up memory

The issue that I reported against version 11 (ticket #39575) and again for the version 12 beta where a lot of @run statements will gobble up memory still exists in the version 13 beta (version 130.3251).

Yes, the problem has been partially solved, but we still have some issues to resolve. I will bring this up for discussion.
