Why string show in this format by default although this is not the case in documentation

in data tab string in table show as this format why how can i change it ???

Hi Ahmed,
The way grid data is formatted can be configured in Tools -> Tool Properties -> Data Formats.
See the section Presentation of Binary/BLOB and CLOB Data.
A way to get to the properties directly from the grid is to select a cell and click on the format in the bottom part as shown in the screen shot below.
