[Compare : Column Configuration] select all and toggle buttons

Hej

I think it would be helpful if the Column Configuration dialog of the compare tables  feature sported for the Ignored Column column two buttons:

• one to select/deselect every checkbox
• one to toggle the selection of each checkbox
