Ease the finding of a column in the data grid

Hej


I often find my self for scanning the data grid back and forth for a specific column. It would really be helpful if one had the column id displayed in the column header (maybe like a water mark) or even better if one had a text box to look for the column by name regexp (in case of success automatically scrolling to the first hit).

When you hover the column headers there are additional information including the index of the actual column.


To search, right-click the table header and choose "Find Column". Use "*" as wildcard. To jump between the matches use left/right arrow key.
