I am trying to get a meaningful explain plan for MariaDB but can't manage to do so. When I try to get it via the SQL Commander query plan tool I only get very basic information. Also, the Explain Plan Tab on the DB property section is not shown for MariaDB - for other RDBMS like PostgreSQL or SQL Server it works like a charm. Is this an issue of my particular MariaDB instance and can I somehow activate it or is this is a general problem with MariaDB? I am on 10.8.3, running the DB in Docker. Thanks!
