Thanks for hinting this too me. Apparently, I am impatient. I tried drag'n'drop by clicking and dragging in one, instead of selecting first, then clicking and dragging.
I did not find buttons, but don't actually need them.

I would appreciate if the object filters could be moved in the list, be it by drag'n'drop, be it by buttons. For the time being, I have go to some lengths keeping an order in there, usually by closing DbVis and tweaking the workingset.xml file.
