Tooltip showing the item comment, if available

Hi Thiemo,
I am still quite new here and I am not sure what our stance on tool-tips is. To me, they can be a bit flaky in their behavior. That said, they do fulfill a function which sometimes cannot be expressed any other way and I have seen them in different places in the program. I will ask around about this.
I do agree that this need is more apparent in the favorites, where the rest of the structure is not shown.

To me, it would be helpful if the tooltip showed the object's comment if available like:
I feel this could be useful not only for the favorites, but also at other places like the object tree.
