Native support for Azure PostgreSQL with Entra

Allow native support for Entra ID authentication for Azure Postgresql for flexible servers just like DbVis support Entra for Azure SQL.

We do have some similar tickets in our backlog, but I don't think Azure Postgresql specifically has come up before.
I will make sure to discuss this ticket with the team.
