blob export configuration

On file export for blobs, give us the option of what type of file to write to: text, xml, etc. Give us the option to configure the file names : where filenames are derived from columns. This is because, these blobs have been stored with their filenames in other columns more than likely at some point, this is so we can do a big dump of files that are blobs on tables.
